If you have Aetna insurance provided through Emory, you may still see Dr. Golusinski at the new Piedmont location. 

However, rather than being a Tier 1 provider as he is through his current affiliation with the Emory Health Network, he will be a Tier 2 provider through the Aetna network.

For 2020, if you have the HSA plan:

Preventive care (wellness visit) remains free.

Your annual deductible increases $200 for individuals, $400 for families.  There are also out of pocket maximum increases.

For office visits, your portion will increase from 15% to 25% after the deductible is met.

For 2020, if you have the POS plan

Preventive care (wellness visit) remains free.

Your annual deductible increases $150 for individuals, $450 for families. There are also out of pocket maximum increases.

For office visits, your copay will increase from $25 to $35.

If you choose to see Dr. Golusinski for your primary care at the new Piedmont location but prefer other care in the Emory network, that will still be possible.
